After a long and anticipated wait, I finally met up today at work with a chaplain friend of mine from the Pastoral Care Department. Had lunch together and we both shared about our past missionary trip experiences. He was mostly interested on hearing and seeing pictures from my last year's medical mission trip to Peru. As some of you might not know, Baptist Hospital of Miami through the Pastoral Care Department donated about $1.000 worth of medicines. Had a blessed lunch time. The hour literally flew away so quick that I could not even finished having my lunch. One of the things that caught my attention from our coversation was that he made a point that on every mission trip there is always some kind of adventurous story to tell. I laughed and said to him. You are speaking with someone who can testified about it to its fullest: Misplaced luggages, injured while doing construccion work, almost gored by a cow and survived an earthquake. Haha. I guess that is part of being a missionary. Then I took the opportunity to explained him about the possibility of changing jobs for the best of my career (unless the Lord decides to send me into the field) and asked him in a little worrysome way if there would be any risks of me not being able to get more support from the Hospital as far as medicines is concern after not being an employee anymore. To my excitement and to the gloryof the Lord, he said. Absolutelly Not. Baptist Hospital mission is to help and if that is in your heart, why not giving you a hand. Praise the Lord!!!!! I really left that place excited and ready to finish the other 2 hours remaining of my shift. Thank You Lord.

I'm still going to go to the doctor though so they can fix anything that might be wrong. but its nothing serious. My legs will be perfect for Peru, ha ha ha. I'm leaving sonner than what I thought so I am very excited!
